Tasting notes

Intense tropical fruit spectrum dominates the aroma profile – notes of ripe nectarine and peach with hints of pineapple and banana. Ripe Chardonnay fruit with lingering fruit sweetness and a creamy texture. Concentrated palate with clean, fresh stone fruit flavours, lively, balanced and elegant.

Style notes

• This is essentially a “naked” Chardonnay – it has never been in contact with any type of oak, nor has it undergone any malo-lactic fermentation.
• Fresh and vibrant fruit-driven style, with the emphasis on stone fruit and tropical fruit elements.
• Hand-picked grapes.
• Estate bottled and hand-labelled.
